Boys Day In

My wife is out on a work-organized field trip to Niagra Falls today. I packed her a lunch of PB&J and a juice box. Have fun!

Now, when the wife is away, the boys will... nap all day.

Actually, I have quite a busy day ahead of me. The agenda:

  • Leave my dirty dishes in the sink. And on the couch. And in the mailbox.
  • Paint a "Battlestar Galactica" mural in the space above the mantlepiece.
  • Take a long nap.
  • Video games, video games, video games.
  • Have a beer or seven.
  • Pass out -- I mean, take another nap.
  • Rearrange the furniture to create a roller coaster spanning the first floor.
  • Buy a large floral bouquet to offset all previous agenda items.

So if you'll excuse me, I have some things to get to.

  2. I should get to that time machine, but I figure that eventually I'll get to it, and when it's done, I'll just come back in time and give it to my past self so I don't actually have to build it.

    Hmm, that might create a paradox. Beware the Laziness Paradox. :)
